Please do not email advertising exports, spreadsheets or login credentials. ClearSpend never needs access to your Google Ads, Meta or TikTok account.
What to include
Your export will not parse
Tell us which columns Google Ads gave you and which ones ClearSpend reported as missing. Do not send the file itself — we do not need your account data to fix a parsing problem.
A policy category looks wrong
If a flag misreads your business, or a platform has updated a policy we describe, send the category name and a link to the current policy page and we will review it.
Privacy or terms questions
Questions about how data is handled, or requests relating to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Feature requests
Extra checks, additional platforms, or changes to the PDF report you would find useful.
